个人简介陶云龙博士,太阳成集团tyc33455cc特聘研究员,江苏特聘教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才计划入选者。主要研究方向是以人多能干细胞的神经分化过程为模型,研究人类神经系统发育原理、神经系统疾病的发病机制和开发用于治疗神经系统疾病的细胞疗法。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Nature Biotechnology (2024), Nature Medicine (2021), Cell Stem Cell (2016),EMBO Reports (2020)等国际权威学术期刊发表文章。主持国家自然科学基金面上,江苏特聘教授等项目,参与国家重点研发专项(课题负责人)及国家重大专项项目(骨干)。 教育背景
工作经历
研究方向多能干细胞(包括胚胎干细胞和诱导多能干细胞)具备自我更新能力,并可分化为机体所有细胞类型。近年来,基因编辑、干细胞分化及单细胞测序等技术的飞速发展,使得多能干细胞被广泛应用于研究人类器官发育机制和疾病发生过程。相较于传统动物和细胞模型,人多能干细胞携带完整的人类基因组信息,能够再现人类特有的发育进程,在模拟人类器官尤其是神经系统的发育方面展现出独特优势。 陶云龙课题组以人多能干细胞为主要模型,致力于探究人类神经系统发育规律、神经系统疾病的致病机制及其细胞治疗策略。具体研究方向包括: 1.神经细胞亚型的精准分化 人类大脑包含丰富多样的神经细胞类型,它们在形态和功能上存在差异,并对疾病表现出不同的易感性。获得特定功能的神经细胞亚型,对于解析神经系统疾病的发生与发展至关重要。神经分化是从多能干细胞逐步产生形态与功能各异的神经细胞的过程,阐明其调控机制是理解神经系统发育以及实现特定神经亚型定向分化的基础。本课题组聚焦于深入探究特定神经细胞的发育轨迹,并实现其体外高效分化。 2.基于神经分化过程的分子机制与疾病关联研究 人多能干细胞经体外定向分化,可产生具有特定形态和功能的神经细胞亚型,这一动态过程与体内神经系统发育高度相似,为研究人类神经发育提供了理想模型。利用人多能干细胞携带人类完整遗传信息的优势,我们可探索人类特异的发育事件。本课题组综合运用多组学技术(如单细胞测序、RNA-Seq、ChIP-Seq等),系统解析神经细胞命运决定的分子机制,并探究特定神经亚型在神经系统疾病发生发展中的作用,为开发新型治疗策略奠定理论基础。 3.基于神经再生的细胞疗法开发 前期研究(包括本课题组及其他团队)表明,移植干细胞分化的神经细胞是治疗神经退行性疾病极具潜力的策略。因此,在建立高效神经分化体系的基础上,本课题组将积极推动细胞疗法在神经系统疾病治疗中的应用探索。 欢迎对干细胞、神经分化及神经再生研究感兴趣的同学加入本课题组。实验室常年招收本科生、研究生、博士后、科研助理及副研究员,有意者请与PI联系。 学术兼职工作经历科研成果First (*) & Corresponding Author (#) Publications:1.
